Created a website that highlights different services ConSoul provides to other business to drive their customer engagement.

Consoul Solutions LLP is a Mumbai-based Marketing Technology agency that enables businesses to improve their reach, communication, to improve CLTV and drive business impact.
My role as a Product designer and Project lead
Led the entire design process from research to final UI—conducting heuristic analysis, user interviews, and iterative usability testing. Hired and collaborated with a developer and a UX writer to ensure the project was executed with precision, aligning design, content, and code seamlessly to deliver a polished final product.
Developer's role (Rishabh Rai)
Built a fast, responsive website from the design mockups of Figma. Took care of the full-stack development, SEO optimisation, and CMS integration to ensure scalability and performance.
UX writer's role (Rimjhim Agrawal)
Crafted thoughtful, clear, and action-driven microcopy that reflected the brand’s tone and guided users intuitively through the site. Worked closely with the design to make sure content elevated both usability and engagement.

Understanding the WHY - Framing the design with purpose
Starting with two essential 'why's ensured that the design process wasn’t just visual—it was strategic. It helped define both the business goal (lead generation + brand positioning) and the user need (trust + clarity in services) from the outset.
Why am I designing this website?
Why will the right audience choose them?
With this thought in mind, I began some primary research. The target audience for this company's website were people who fell in these two categories:
1. Digital marketeers
2. CEOs, CMOs, Head/ VP of growth
These are the people most likely to visit ConSoul’s website—either to hire them for their Mar-tech expertise or to reference the site as an existing client.
With that in mind, I interviewed 6 professionals working in digital and retention marketing—people directly responsible for customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
Here are a few direct quotes that helped me uncover key pain points, expectations, and preferences of our target audience:
"We don’t have time to scroll endlessly—we need to know in seconds what you do and how you can help us."
"Most Mar-tech agencies feel the same—we’re looking for real differentiators, not buzzwords."
"If I’m going to recommend someone internally, I need to trust what I see instantly."
"I often look at agency websites on the go—if it’s slow or cluttered, I bounce."
"It’s helpful when services are clearly grouped by outcome—not just by function."
"Sometimes I just need to cross-check their offerings before a meeting—I want to get there quickly."
Design takeaway
The website needed to be fast, clear, and credible—designed for busy decision-makers who expect instant clarity, trust signals, and purposeful navigation. By focusing on concise messaging, real-world proof points, mobile-first performance, and outcome-driven service grouping, the goal was to create a seamless experience that speaks directly to the needs of both first-time visitors and returning clients.
Design process
Information architecture
I started by designing the website’s information architecture, which laid the foundation for the overall structure, defined the content hierarchy, and guided the UX writer in crafting effective microcopy throughout the site.

Wireframes - UI and UX decision making
This is the stage where Rimjhim, the UX writer, joined the project. I made sure she was involved in all key UX decisions, which allowed us to build a shared understanding of the users’ needs. Her early involvement helped us shape strong, purposeful copy—giving me a solid foundation to design around.

UI designs with final UX copy
After conducting a deep dive into the design and writing process—along with usability testing at key decision-making and finalization stages—we finalized a visual treatment for the entire website. This visual direction was then consistently applied across all pages. Below are the final UI designs.
Homepage UI
Hero section
Our main copy focused on the flagship service that ConSoul delivers, which is 'Customer Retention'. It is then proceeded by a supporting line of how they achieve the result, concluded with 3 key takeaways for their clients.
The moving visual on the right shows mock-ups of front and back-end of how things work, customer communication, overall benefit of having Consoul on board.

Service section in home page
This section was designed to tell a clear story of how ConSoul works—starting with data-driven strategy, followed by evaluating and aligning the client's MarTech tools, and finally executing and optimising campaigns.
We broke this down into three visually distinct panels, each highlighting the services under that phase with simple, benefit-led headlines, engaging visuals, and relatable copy.
The tone was kept accessible yet professional, and the flow helps users understand the full journey at a glance. We ended with dual CTAs to guide both curious and ready-to-act users.

Dynamic lead generation section in home page
We designed this dynamic section to serve as a value-driven lead generation tool. It highlights free, in-depth content pieces (like articles, guides, or templates) that ConSoul can easily update or replace from the backend as per their campaign or content strategy.
To access the resource, visitors are prompted to enter their basic details—turning each download into a qualified lead for ConSoul.
This approach not only adds educational value for users but also supports ConSoul’s marketing goals by consistently capturing new prospects through gated, high-value content.
